How do I care for my ceramics?

All ceramic wares are handmade using mid-fire stoneware with lead-free and food safe glazes. All dinnerware is microwave and dishwasher safe; however, hand washing is preferred as it will prolong the longevity of the piece. 

Do you offer custom items?

Yes - we'd love to create custom items for you. Please email us to see how we can work together.

I placed an order and want to know when I will receive it.

In stock, ready to ship items will ship in 2-3 days via UPS or USPS. Once an item has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Most orders will be received within a week.

What packaging do you use and how can I recycle it?

All ceramics wares are shipped using recycled cardboard and packing paper and compostable packing peanuts. Gopi Shah Ceramics works to ensure each package is properly packaged and secured so that your order gets to you unharmed.

My package is lost or stolen.

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages or additional shipping charges incurred from incorrect and non-validated shipping addresses. Please wait 1-2 days after tracking states "delivered" before submitting a claim to USPS here or UPS here.

Do you offer local pick up?

Yes. While checking out, please click on "pick up" under delivery methods and we will have your order ready to pick up within 24 hours.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship via USPS for international orders. You will receive tracking information once your order has left the studio. 

What if my item arrives broken?

Though Gopi Shah Ceramics packages all orders with care, due to the fragile nature of pottery, some items may arrive damaged. If your item is damaged or broken upon receipt, email us to have it replaced or refunded. We will need photos of the product as well as the packaging to submit a claim. 

Do you accept refunds?

Since we are a small business operating at a made to order scale, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. 

Do you wholesale?

Unfortunately, at this time, we are no longer taking on new wholesale accounts.
